In den folgenden Listen ist eine Auswahl an Planetensystemen verzeichnet, geordnet nach der Entfernung zum Sonnensystem. Da laufend neue Exoplaneten entdeckt werden, erheben diese Listen keinen Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit.

Insgesamt sind gegenwärtig (Stand: August 2016) etwa 2600 Planetensysteme (davon etwa 600 Systeme mit mehr als einem Planeten) und etwa 3500 Exoplaneten bekannt.[1]
