The Royal Headgear (Solek Dendam Tak Sudah). This black songket headgear embroidered with gold thread is worn by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong during his Royal Installation Ceremony and important state ceremonies. The headgear is folded in the style of Dendam Tak Sudah which originates from the state of Negeri Sembilan. Fixed on the right of this headdress is a platinum crescent with fourteen-pointed stars. In the centre of the star is the crest of the Malaysian government.
