Die Liste der Eisenbahngesellschaften in den Vereinigten Staaten bietet eine Übersicht über Eisenbahngesellschaften, die Güter-, Personen- und Touristenverkehre anbieten.
2017 existierten in den Vereinigten Staaten 614 öffentliche Eisenbahngesellschaften, die Gütertransport betrieben.[1] Entsprechend der Einteilung der Association of American Railroads (AAR) waren es zum 31. Dezember 2009 7 Class-1-Gesellschaften, 23 Regional Railroads, 339 Local Railroads, 194 Rangiergesellschaften und zwei kanadische Gesellschaften (CN und CP).
