Diese Liste heller ekliptiknaher Sterne ist eine Auflistung aller mit dem bloßen Auge sichtbaren Sterne, welche sich näher als 10° an der Ekliptik befinden. Da sich in diesem Bereich von der Erde ausgesehen stets die Sonne, der Mond, die Planeten sowie viele Zwergplaneten und Planetoiden aufhalten, ist dieser Bereich von besonderem Interesse, denn diese Körper können manche der Sterne bedecken oder in enger Konjunktion mit ihnen stehen. Alle Koordinaten in dieser Liste beziehen sich auf das Äquinoktium 2000.
