Die Liste der Städte in Wyoming enthält alle Kommunen und Siedlungen unabhängig von ihrer Gemeindeform, also City, Town, Village oder Census-designated place (CDP) im US-Bundesstaat Wyoming.
Sie führt die 50 größten Orte (Stand: Zensus 2010[1]). Zum Vergleich sind die jeweiligen Einwohnerzahlen bei der Volkszählung im Jahr 2000[2] aufgeführt. Die Rangfolge entspricht den Zahlen von 2010.
