Liste der Städte in Maryland
Die folgende Liste zeigt alle Kommunen und Siedlungen im US-Bundesstaat Maryland. Sie enthält sowohl Citys, Towns und Villages als auch Census-designated places (CDP). Dadurch, dass der größte Teil der Bevölkerung in Vorstadtsiedlungen der Metropolen Baltimore und Washington lebt, ist der Anteil der CDPs an der Gesamtzahl der Siedlungen in Maryland vergleichsweise hoch.
Die obere Tabelle enthält die Siedlungen, die bei der Volkszählung im Jahr 2010[1] mehr als 20.000 Einwohner hatten. Zum Vergleich aufgeführt sind die Daten der vorherigen Volkszählung im Jahr 2000.[2] Die Rangfolge entspricht den Zahlen von 2010.

The dock or harbor in Annapolis, Maryland. Dock Street is just out of the frame of the photo to the right. Folks leaving their boats tied up here would step right out into the street. The Maryland State Capitol is the tall tower in the distance. At the end of the street/harbor is a set of statues showing Alex Haley (author) reading to children. His ancestor Kunte Kinte landed in the harbor as a slave coming from Africa, according to Haley (and historical markers near the statues).
