Corbit-Sharp House, Main Street, Odessa (New Castle County, Delaware) (cropped)
Lombardy Hall, home of Gunning Bedford, Jr. signer and US Constitution, jurist, and Mason. The building is a National Historic Landmark and on the NRHP since December 5, 1972. Masonic Lodge was important in preserving the building. Tucked away just off U.S. Route 202 (turn very quickly after the shopping center, going north on 202 - no other entrance), just north west of Wilmington, Delaware.
Holy Trinity Church, known as Old Swedes.
- At 7th and Church Sts., Wilmington, Delaware.
- Built 1698, graveyard goes back to 1630s. Claims to be the oldest church in America operating as originally built.
- Built near Fort Christina, first Swedish settlement in America.
- Now part of Trinity Parish, Wilmington (Episcopal).
- On the NRHP since October 15, 1966.
