This is 102 East Main Street in Princeton, KY. It was built in the 1890s as an Opera House. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places.
This is the Champion-Shepherdson Building, the oldest building in Caldwell County, KY, was built in 1817 and now houses the Princeton Art Guild. The small attached building was later built around 1890. The building is located at 115 East Main Street.
