El Quinto Sol de America has been active in Lindsey since 2001 and for the past three years has offered citizenship classes every Tuesday at 6pm at no charge. They bring an immigration lawyers from PCLS to help with the application. In the three years they have offered the classes they have helped 95 people become citizens.
The main focus of the vigil was to spread the massage of unity within the community.
