Jennifer-Kirsten Barnes (* 26. März 1968 in London) ist eine kanadische Ruderin.
Barnes nahm erstmals an den Olympischen Spielen 1988 in Seoul teil, wo sie im Zweier ohne Steuermann den siebten Platz erreichte. Vier Jahre später holte sie in Barcelona im Vierer ohne Steuermann und im Achter die Goldmedaille.
