Issa Malick Coulibaly

Issa Malick Coulibaly (* 19. August 1953 in Korhogo[1]) ist ein ivorischer Politiker.

Während der Regierungskrise 2010/2011 war er vom 5. Dezember 2010 bis 11. April 2011 Landwirtschaftsminister in der Regierung Aké N’Gbo.[2]

Malick war als Mitglied der Regierung Aké N'Gbo ab 11. Januar 2011 von Sanktionen der Europäischen Union betroffen.[2] So durfte er nicht in die EU einreisen und seine Gelder wurden eingefroren.[3]

This version has very stylized trees, and the gold is much darker. Also the gold doesn't extend to the rays of the sun.

I think there are lots of versions going around that is concurrently being used officially, mostly based on which version is readily available at the time an image of the coat of arms is needed.
