Die Internazionali di Manerbio – Trofeo Dimmidisì 2019 waren ein Tennisturnier, das vom 5. bis 11. August 2019 in Manerbio stattfand. Es war Teil der ATP Challenger Tour 2019 und wurde im Freien auf Sand ausgetragen.
Das Teilnehmerfeld der Einzelkonkurrenz bestand aus 48 Spielern, jenes der Doppelkonkurrenz aus 16 Paaren. Die 16 gesetzten Spieler im Einzel erhielten in der ersten Runde ein Freilos.
