Die Internazionali BNL d’Italia 2022 waren ein Tennisturnier der Damen in Rom. Das Sandplatzturnier der Kategorie WTA 1000 war Teil der WTA Tour 2022 und fand vom 9. bis 15. Mai 2022 statt.
Titelverteidigerinnen waren Iga Świątek im Einzel, die auch in diesem Jahr gewann, und die Paarung Sharon Fichman/Giuliana Olmos im Doppel. Den Doppelwettbewerb gewann die Paarung Weronika Kudermetowa/Anastassija Pawljutschenkowa.
Qualifikation
Die Qualifikation für die Internazionali BNL d’Italia 2022 fand vom 7. bis 8. Mai 2022 statt. Ausgespielt wurden acht Plätze für das Hauptfeld des Turniers.
