ISO 3166-2:BR
Die Liste der ISO-3166-2-Codes für Brasilien enthält die Codes für die 26 brasilianischen Bundesstaaten und den Bundesdistrikt.
Die Codes bestehen aus zwei Teilen, die durch einen Bindestrich voneinander getrennt sind. Der erste Teil gibt den Landescode gemäß ISO 3166-1 (für Brasilien BR), der zweite den Code für den Bundesstaat bzw. den Bundesdistrikt wieder.

The flag of the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais is based on state law 2793 from 8 January 1963, which describes the flag as follows:
- In the centre of a white rectangle in the format 20 units by 14 units is a red equilateral triangle with a side length of 8 units.
- clockwise from left to right the sides of the triangle carry the phrases "LIBERTAS", "QUAE SERA" and "TAMEN". The letters are distanced from the triangle by 1/3 of a unit and are 2/3 of a unit in height.
