Die Ausgabe 1912 des jährlich ausgetragenen Rugby-Union-Turniers Five Nations (seit 2000 Six Nations) fand vom 1. Januar bis zum 8. April statt. Turniersieger wurden gemeinsam England und Irland (die Punktedifferenz spielte nach damaligem Turniermodus keine Rolle).
