Die 15. Commonwealth Games fanden vom 18. bis 28. August 1994 in der kanadischen Stadt Victoria statt.
Ausgetragen wurden 219 Wettbewerbe in den Sportarten Badminton, Bowls, Boxen, Gewichtheben, Leichtathletik, Radfahren, Ringen, Schießen, Schwimmen (inkl. Wasserspringen) und Turnen (inkl. Rhythmische Sportgymnastik). Es nahmen 2557 Sportler aus 63 Ländern teil. Hauptwettkampfort war das Centennial Stadium.
Nach 36 Jahren und dem Ende der Apartheid nahm Südafrika wieder an den Commonwealth Games teil. Dagegen war es für Hongkong, das drei Jahre später zu einer chinesischen Sonderverwaltungszone wurde, die letzte Teilnahme.

This is the flag of the Falkland Islands, used from 1948-1999 (with a short break in April-May 1982 due to the Falklands War). This flag was also used for the en:British Antarctic Territory from 1960-1969 and SGSSI from 1985-1992. The base pattern is from HK Blue Ensign and the arms are from the blue ensign. The FOTW was used for the position of the arms.

Flag of the Isle of Mann. This version has the triskelion centered as a whole rather than based upon the imaginary circle created by the prongs of each leg.
This is the flag of the Cayman Islands, prior to 1999 (It seems this version is still in use). The base pattern is from HK Blue Ensign and the arms are from the blue ensign. The FOTW was used for the position of the arms.
