Die Canadian Lawn Tennis Championships 1946 fanden vom 22. bis 28. Juli beim Rideau Lawn Tennis Club in Ottawa statt. Wegen des Zweiten Weltkrieges hatte das Turnier in den Jahren 1941 bis 1945 nicht stattgefunden.
Das Finale des Herreneinzels gewann der Sieger von 1939, der US-Amerikaner Morey Lewis, gegen den Sieger von 1940, den Kanadier Don McDiarmid. Ehefrau Baba Lewis gewann alle drei Titel.
