Die bhutanisch-osttimoresische Beziehungen beschreiben das zwischenstaatliche Verhältnis von Bhutan und Osttimor.

Die beiden Länder haben offiziell noch keine diplomatischen Beziehungen aufgenommen. Entsprechend gibt es von ihnen auch keine diplomatische Vertretung im jeweils anderen Land. Kontakt gibt es über internationale Organisationen. Beide Staaten sind Mitglied bei den Vereinten Nationen sowie der Bewegung der Blockfreien Staaten und der Gruppe der 77.

Im September 2022 nahm die osttimoresische Gesundheitsministerin Odete Maria Freitas Belo an einer Konferenz der Weltgesundheitsorganisation Südostasienregion (WHO SEARO) in Bhutan teil.[1]

Für 2018 gibt das Statistische Amt Osttimors keine Handelsbeziehungen zwischen Bhutan und Osttimor an.[2]

The Minister of Health Odete Maria Freitas Belo and the delegation of Timor-Leste participated in the 75th Regional Committee Meeting of WHO SEARO from 5 to 9 September 2022 in the BHUTAN Country. The 75th RC meeting was opened by Prime Minister Bhutan. Session First Agenda Presentation of the Report of the Regional Director of SEARO, WHO from Timor-Leste made a statement of gratitude and appreciation for the full support of WHO to Timor-Leste especially during the Covid-19 pandemic and support to strengthen the health system. SE. The Minister of Health asked the WHO to continue supporting Timor-Leste in the future, especially in the capacity building of the Human Resources and Programmatic Area.
