The flag of Navassa Island is that of the United States – this uninhabited island does not have its own flag, even "unofficial" or "local."
A fantasy flag of Navassa Island was made up by someone unrelated to the island to represent it at the USS Arizona Memorial for an event he was organizing on 7 December 2001 (the 60th anniversary of the Pearl Harbor attacks). It has no other use or recognition and should not be used in Wikipedia projects.
