Ephraim Chambers war ein englischer Schriftsteller der Frühaufklärung. Er war der Herausgeber und größtenteils auch Verfasser eines der ersten enzyklopädischen Wörterbücher der Künste und Wissenschaften im Zeitalter der Aufklärung.
